If you need to return a product purchased in the store with in 30 days from the Delivered date, please email us with your order number & name to sales@digitalkeyzone.com. No return accepted after 30days of Delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when applicable. The digital products can only be returned after you have signed a non-use declaration related to the purchased product.
Any digital product that has been installed and/or activated is not eligible for refund.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will replace new item or fully refund the cost of your order.
Please note that if you already had activated the license, and /or used the key on Microsoft website to download the software and / or activated, there will be no returns.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Any claims made will Digital Windows Software will require supporting evidence with the Microsoft Error code accompanied by unaltered screenshots of the issues within the 30 days of the dispatched email.
We guarantee if we cannot setup and activate for you through TeamViewer remote desktop support, we will refund or replace the product key with no questions asked as long as you meet the publisher required minimum requirements.
